The petitioner has challenged the appointment of respondent no. 7 as fair price shop dealer.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal under the The Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation Of Sale And Distribution Control) Order-2016.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of existence of alternative and efficacious remedy with the liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy, if so advised.
