Ref:- Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No. 1 of 2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State-respondent.
It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicants and the basic prayer as made in the present 482 petition is not being changed/altered and only time for depositing the amount of Rs. 10,000/- before the Mediation and Reconciliation Centre of this Court pursuant to order dated 31.10.2019 passed by this Court has been sought.
It is thus prayed that ten days' further time may be granted to deposit the aforesaid amount before the Mediation and Reconciliation Centre of this Court pursuant to aforesaid order of this Court.
Accordingly, time extension application is allowed.
As prayed, ten days' and no more time from today is granted to the applicants for depositing the aforesaid amount before the Mediation Centre of this Court pursuant to aforesaid order passed by this Court.
In case, the applicants do not deposit the above mentioned amount within the extended period, no further time shall be granted.
