As informed by learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant, Jai Prakash has died on 04.05.2021. Death certificate which has been registered in the record of Nagar Panchayat Bhawan Bahadur Nagar, Bulandshahar has been filed by wife of the applicant with Supplementary Affidavit as SA-2. As such this application may be disposed of as having become infructuous.
Accordingly, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally. However, if the applicant's wife, Sunita moves an application for abatement of proceedings pending before the trial court, the trial court concerned shall proceed in accordance with law.
