JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 65
Case :- APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 21499 of 2019 Applicant :- Jai Prakash Verma Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. And 7 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Ajitam Srivastav,Satyendra Nath Tripathi Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.
Hon'ble Karuna Nand Bajpayee,J.
This application has been filed challenging the validity and correctness of the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.9, Meerut whereby certain parchas of the supplementary case diary (SCD Nos.1 to 10) which were submitted to the court have been taken on record of Criminal Case No. 1202 of 2016, State versus Aditya Verma and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 197 of 2016, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 324, 323, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S.
Bhawanpur, District Meerut.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
Perusal of the order dated 30.10.2018 shows that certain parchas of the supplementary case diary (SCD Nos.1 to 10) which were submitted to the court have been placed on record. The order dated 30.10.2018 reads as follows.
" The file has been presented. Case diary has been received from the prosecution side. SCD Nos.1 to 10 made part of the record. Put up the file on 1.12.2018."
As is so obvious that there is absolutely nothing wrong in the order and it is difficult to appreciate as to how the same has been challenged by the learned counsel for the applicant before this Court.
The application lacks merit and stands dismissed.
