The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners- Jai Prakash @ Kallo, Smt. Jyoti Shukla for the following reliefs:
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the opposite parties not to create any hindrance in peacefully matrimonial life of the petitioners.
(ii) issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding upon opposite party nos.2 to 3 to provide the protection to the petitioners."
Since no-one is present on behalf of petitioners to press this petition, the present petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
