Petitioner has approached this Court with the grievance that benefit of revised pay scale introduced vide Government Order dated 29th October, 2009 enforcing 5th Pay Commission report has not been made available to him. Submission is that various representations made in that regard have not been considered.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that such grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent his grievance before respondent no.2, annexing copy of the Government Order, as also other relevant materials which he intents to rely upon in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order, within three weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
