By the impugned order dated 14.12.2017, an application bearing paper No. 203Ga under Section 151 CPC filed by the plaintiff petitioner has been rejected by the trial Court.
In the opinion of the Court, the impugned order is revisable under Section 115 CPC. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition in exercise of its supervisory power under Article 227 of the Constitution.
The petition is accordingly dismissed, with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to avail the remedy provided under the Code of Civil Procedure.
Certified copy of the order shall be returned to the counsel for the petitioner, in case an application in that regard is moved, after retaining photostat copy on record.
