Cr. Misc Application No. 131183 of 2010 This is an application for correction/modification of the order dated 14.12.2010 saying that name of the appellant no.4 has been inadvertently left in the bail order.
Seen the record. Appeal was filed on behalf of four appellants including Ram Jiyavan appellant No.4. Bail application under Section 389 (1) Cr.P.C. was moved on behalf of all the appellants without giving their name independently. As name of the appellant no.4, Ram Jiyavan, was not specifically mentioned in the application for bail so it appears that his name was left in the bail order.
Accordingly, application is allowed. Name of the appellant no.4, Ram Jiyavan, shall be read after the name of Raj Kumar Verma in the bail order dated 14.12.2010.
Application stand disposed of with the above correction/modification.
