Petitioner has approached this Court with the grievance that though benefit of revised pay-scale has been allowed to other Tax Collectors, who were employed in the Nagar Nigam Moradabad, but his claim has not been considered so far.
Sri N.N. Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent states that the petitioner's grievance would be examined by the competent authority, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no. 4 to accord consideration to the petitioner's claim, noticed above, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, within a period of three months, from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
The concerned Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of computerized copy of this order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall act accordingly without waiting for submission of the certified copy of this order.
