Heard learned counsel for the parties.
For the reasons stated today in the judgment/order rendered in Writ-A No. 30088 of 2008 (Gyan Bharti Mula Devi Sri Krishna Junior High School vs. State of U.P. and others), the impugned order dated 11 April 2013 passed by third respondent, Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Fatehpur is set aside the quashed.
The writ petition is allowed.
Petitioner shall be entitled to pension and post retiral dues to be paid within a period of three months from date, failing which, petitioner shall be entitled to interest @ 7% (simple interest) on the entire sum from the due date.
