1. This writ petition is filed against the recovery notice. It is not disputed that petitioner has taken a credit facility in the year 2015 under "Kishan Credit Card Scheme". Under "Uttar Pradesh Fasal Rin Mochan Yojna" Rs. 1 lac was credited. However, certain amount is still outstanding against petitioner and, therefore, a demand notice was issued.
2. Petitioner has not described any amount which has been paid by him and there is no instruction for counsel for petitioner for repayment of loan on installment basis. Therefore, no relief could be granted to petitioner.
3. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
