Case called out. None responds for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
As the permit has been awarded on the basis of documents which subsequently on scrutiny found to be forged. Being aggrieved thereof instant writ petition has been filed.
We have heard learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
We do not find any illegality and infirmity in the order impugned, as such the writ petition is devoid of merit and is hereby dismissed.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
