JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant was not named in the FIR even regarding the last seen evidence. However, subsequently, after about one month he was falsely implicated on the basis of apprehension and alleged confessional statement. There is no criminal history of the applicant. In the present case, the applicant is in jail since 8.1.2010.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on merit, let the applicant Jai Kishore @ Guddu be enlarged on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of court concerned in Case Crime No.655 of 2009, under Section 364 IPC, P.S. Sidhpura, District Kanshi Ram Nagar.
