Heard Sri Deepak Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri R. K. Maurya, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for setting-aside the order dated 17.11.2015, passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Moradabad, in Case No. 868/9/2013, arising out of Case Crime No. 274 of 2012, under Sections 63/65, 'The Copy Right Act', Police Station Gulsahed, District Moradaba (State Vs. Ankur Rastogi & others). He further prayed for stay the proceeding of the aforesaid case.
After having heard the learned counsel for the parties present and perused the impugned order as well as the material brought on record, I am of the view that the impugned order is based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, hence requires no interference by this Court.
The application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
