By means of order dated 29.03.2012, learned Standing Counsel was granted time to seek instructions in the matter, to which, learned Standing Counsel states that he has received instructions.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit after serving the same outside the Court on learned counsel for the petitioner, who if so desires, may file rejoinder affidavit within next two weeks.
