Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.
The petitioner has made a grievance on 9.12.2020 to the District Magistrate, Mirzapur. The said application, which relates to certain allegations against the Gram Pradhan and Gram Panchayat Officer, Bairampur, Mirzapur, be considered within a reasonable time from today.
We request the authority concerned to look into the grievance of the petitioner and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.
It goes without saying that we have not entered into the merits of the case. All that we have done is that the application be decided after inquiring into his allegation.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
