This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent nos.3 and 4 to ensure payment of arrears of salary for the period from 1997 to 2003.
It is stated that petitioner was placed under suspension which order was set aside by the tribunal on 23.7.2004. Subsequently, another petition was instituted before the tribunal upon which a direction was issued on 18.8.2015, directing the authorities to examine such claim of the petitioner and in case amount is found due and payable, the same is directed to be released. It is stated that this order has not been complied with and various representations in that regard are pending.
Perusal of the record would go to show that petitioner had already approached the tribunal and directions have been issued for consideration of his grievance. In case the order of tribunal is not being complied with, remedy of the petitioner would lie elsewhere. This Court is not the executing court for orders of the tribunal.
It is, however, provided that this order will not preclude the authorities from complying with orders passed by the tribunal.
Subject to the observations aforesaid, this writ petition stands disposed of.
