The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jai Hind Verma and Kumari Mamta, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.141 of 2019, under Sections- 420,406,504,506 IPC, Police Station- Panwari, District- Mahoba, during pendency of trial.
Applicants were granted interim anticipatory bail.Learned A.G.A. has pointed out that charge sheet has already been submitted on 4.12.2020 but the same has not been brought on record alongwith anticipatory bail application.It appears that there is material concealment of fact.
The interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicants is cancelled.
Application is, accordingly dismissed.
