This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 4.10.2018 and connect the electricity supply to bearing connection no.771718885424 bearing Book No./Bill Grp 00D3/5, Saithali, Murad Nagar, Ghaziabad for Agriculture (Tube well) which was disconnected in 2010 on the application of the petitioner due to the failure of borewell within stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Chandan Agarwal learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 and 3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents and perused the record.
In substance the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non disposal of his representation dated 4.10.2018 made before the respondent no.2.
Without entering into the merit of the case, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the Respondent No.2 to pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner dated 4.10.2018 in accordance with law expeditiously but not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the this order.
It will be open to the petitioner to annex a xerox copy of his earlier representation along with the certified copy of this order.
