Petitioner's claim for disbursement of amount for the services rendered under the Swachchha Bharat Scheme can more appropriately be examined by the second respondent, at the first instance.
We, therefore, permit the petitioner to make a representation before the second respondent, annexing all relevant materials in support of her claim, alongwith a certified copy of this order, which shall be duly attended to and necessary action would be taken, in accordance with law, after notice to the concerned Gram Panchayat, within a further period of four months, thereafter.
With the above observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed off.
