Before approaching this Court petitioner has moved a representation to the District Magistrate, Mirzapur, ventilating his grievance that is subject matter of this petition for writ.
In light of the fact aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, Mirzapur, to consider and decide the representation objectively by taking into consideration all aspects of the matter as referred in this petition for writ by the petitioner. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
