Jai Bajarang Inter College vs State Of U.P. Thru Secy. And Others

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|15 March, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

On the matter being taken up yesterday, instructions were sought for. Requisite instructions have been received. The instructions so received are supported with documentary evidence, and they clearly point out that only 774 students have been sent for registration and for numbering their documents, whereas admission is being claimed in regard to 824 students. The record, which has been produced, clearly reflects that only 774 students have been registered. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner requests that it would be much more appropriate if the alleged facts are brought on record by way of counter affidavit, so that he may be able to rebut the averments.
Request made is accepted. Learned standing counsel is accorded one month's time to file counter affidavit. rejoinder affidavit may be filed within a week thereafter.
List this case after five weeks.
