1. Presently, it appears that the petitioner is faced with an ex- parte order dated 31.05.2016 passed under Section 33-C of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Against that order, the petitioner appears to have filed a recall application dated 19.11.2018, which is still pending. In the meanwhile, recovery proceedings under the ex-parte order dated 31.05.2016 are being pursued against the petitioner.
2. In view of such facts, without entering into merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that respondent no.3 may make all efforts to decide the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order.
