At the outset, Sri Suresh Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner states that there are incurable defects in the present petition. He prays for and is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The order has been passed in presence of Sri Satya Nisth Dwivedi, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3.
