JUDGMENT / ORDER

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced on behalf of both the side, no case is made out for further extension of the temporary bail.
Since Ms. Bhatt, learned Advocate for the applicant-accused states that the accused has to surrender today, it is ordered that the applicant-accused shall surrender tomorrow i.e. 28th June, 2012 in the concerned jail without fail. DSP today.
