JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition arises out of the order passed by this Court dated 21.11.2014 in W.P.(MD) No.18913 of 2014.
2.This Court, in the said writ petition, directed the authorities to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 13.10.2014. The said direction as contended in para 5 of the order is extracted below:
?In view of the fact that the petitioner had appeared before the fourth respondent on 13.10.2014 and submitted his representation and till date no action has been taken by the authorities concerned, in the interest of justice and fair play, this Court also based on equitable considerations, directs the respondents 1 to 4 to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2014 in an impartial and fair manner and to pass a reasoned order on merits, ofcourse after assigning proper reasons within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (ofcourse after providing due opportunity to the petitioner and others if any, by adhering to the principles of natural justice). Since this Court has dispensed with the issuance of notice to the fifth respondent in the present writ petition, this Court has not made any observations against her.?
3.The learned counsel for the respondents submits that in pursuance of the direction passed by this Court, vide proceedings dated 01.06.2015, the Tahsildar, Palani Taluk, who is the third respondent, disposed of the representation made by the petitioner. The said proceedings is also marked to the writ petitioner.
4.According to the petitioner, the encroachment has not been fully removed and therefore, he was constrained to file the present contempt petition.
5.After hearing the rival submissions of the parties, I am of the view that there has been a compliance of the orders by the authorities concerned and in case, the petitioner is aggrieved against the implementation of the order passed by this Court, he has to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
6.With this observation, this contempt petition is closed.
