1. The convict has to undergo seven years imprisonment for offences punishable under section 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. As on 26.06.2012, he has undergone a period of two years, seven months and five days in jail. In the month of April, 2012, the convict has enjoyed temporary bail for a period of seven days on the occasion of sad demise of a family member.
3. Taking into consideration the above facts, this Court is of the opinion that no case is made out to grant the temporary bail and hence the same is rejected.
