Against the orders impugned petitioner has a remedy of preferring revision in terms of Regulation 91 of the U.P. Cane Co-operative Service Regulations, 1975. Objection raised by Sri Ravindra Singh, appearing for the respondents to the maintainability of the writ petition appears to have substance.
Since petitioner has not exhausted the alternative remedy available under the Regulations of 1975, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
However, it is provided that in the event petitioner prefers a revision before the revisional authority alongwith a copy of this order, within three weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits and shall be dealt with, in accordance with law, expeditiously. In the event any application for grant of interim protection is moved, the same shall also be examined, expeditiously.
Subject to the observations made above, this writ petition is consigned to records.
