JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M. Application No.51374/2021) The instant application has been moved for withdrawing of the contempt petition by Shri Afzal Hasan, Advocate. The said application accompanying by an affidavit of Jahid Ali, who is the contempt-petitioner.
In the affidavit it has been stated that the order dated 15.07.2019 has been complied with and as such the instant contempt petition has become infructuous.
In view of the statement made in the affidavit filed in support of the application for withdrawal, the contempt petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the application also stands allowed. Consigned to record.
