Learned counsel for the applicants contends that the recovery does not corroborate the allegation made in the F.I.R. The applicants are behind the bar since 19-2-2010.
There are no reported criminal antecedents against the applicant.
Keeping in view the nature of submissions advanced, the applicants are entitled for bail.
Let the applicants Jaheer @ Kuniya and Ansar Ali involved in Case Crime No. 27 of 2010 under Sections 452 and 380 I.P.C., Police Station Nawabad District Jhansi be enlarged on bail on their executing a personal bond and furnishing two sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
