Jaheer Shah vs Sri.P Harikumar

The petitioner confines his relief to an early consideration of E.A.No. 104/2010 filed to set aside the sale and E.A.No. 385/2012 filed to appoint an Advocate Commissioner. The matter is pending in execution in E.P. No. 305/1998 in O.S.No. 347/1996 on the file of the Court of the Munsiff, Manjeri. I direct the Execution Court to dispose of the above execution applications at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of three months from the date of production of this judgment.
