1. Notice returnable on 3rd of October, 2012.
2. Learned advocate Mr. J.D. Ajmera for the appellants has stated that learned First Appellate Judge has granted order of status-quo after dismissing the Appeal till today. He, therefore, requests to continue the protection of status-quo already granted by learned First Appellate Judge till the returnable date.
3. Hence, the interim order of status-quo which is in operation till today shall continue to remain in force till 3rd of October, 2012.
