The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for grant of fire arm license is pending consideration since December, 2017, before respondent no.2-District Magistrate Rampur.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Rampur to endeavour of decide the application of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order before him.
