Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has raised a grievance that petitioner has danger to his life and liberty by the respondent No.6 and second prayer is to direct the respondents to restrain the respondent No.6 from interfering in the possession of the land of the society.
It is to be noted that for the dispute over the land, the petitioner has a remedy of filing civil suit. So far threat upon his life and liberty is concerned, the petitioner can approach the District Level Committee constituted in this behalf.
The relief prayed for cannot be granted.
The writ petitioner is misconceived and it is, accordingly,
dismissed.
