The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Jagveer Chaudhary, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.620 of 2020, under Sections- 302,120-B IPC, Police Station- Masoorie, District- Ghaziabad, during pendency of trial.
The applicant has been implicated for offence under Section 302 IPC. Application is barred by under Section 438(6) Cr.P.C.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
