(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Let affidavit-in-reply to this Civil Application be given by June 14, 2012. In the affidavit, the respondent No.2 is directed to disclose whether the information published in the newspaper 'Gujarat Samachar' annexed to this application is correct. If the same is correct, the respondent No.2 will disclose the provision of law under which such Lok Adalat was held and the number of disposals in such Lok Adalat.
