Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The complaint of the petitioner in respect of the establishment of a brick-kiln by the private respondent would have to be scrutinized by the Regional Officer, Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Siddharth Nagar.
We, accordingly, permit the petitioner to move the Regional Officer together with a certified copy of this order, so as to enable the said respondent to enquire into all aspects of the matter with due notice to the affected parties in accordance with law.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
