JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate Mr.Utpal M.Panchal appearing on behalf of the applicant, submits that the applicant has preferred Special Criminal Application No.70 of 2012 by which he has challenged the order passed by learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Surat dated 18.12.2010 by which his Revision Application No.133 of 2009 was rejected. He submits that he shall file appropriate note so that the present revision application can be listed along with Special Criminal Application No.70 of 2012. Hence, the matter is adjourned to 30.7.2012.
