This application has been filed by the original petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 18.11.11 passed in Arbitration Petition No.56 of 2011. By the said order, the petition was allowed and Shri Ashutosh R.Bhatt, Judge (Retd.) was requested to act as Sole Arbitrator. Through this application, it is pointed out that after filing the arbitration proceedings, learned Arbitrator has conveyed that for his personal reasons, he is unable to conduct the proceedings. Under the circumstances, applicant desires that a new Arbitrator be appointed in place of Shri Ashutosh R. Bhatt.
The request is accepted. Shri P.J.Dholakia (Retd) is requested to act as Sole Arbitrator in place of Shri Ashutosh Bhatt. The order dated 18.11.11 stands modified to the above extent. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
