JUDGMENT / ORDER

Though served, the respondent no.1 is not represented by anybody. However, learned counsel, Mr.Jehanir Khajotia appearing with learned counsel, Mr.Asifkhan Pathan is present in the Court and has requested to take up the matter. However, interest of justice would be served if the matter is postponed for one week to enable the respondent no.1 to contest the matter if desired.
