Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. appearing for the State.
The present application has been filed by the applicant under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer to direct the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad, to consider and decide the Complaint Case No.3587 of 2009 re-numbered as 4610 of 2012 (Rajveer Singh vs. Kripal Singh Yadava @ Neeraj, under Section 138, 142 of the N.I. Act, Police Station-Ramgarh, District-Firozabad, pending before him expeditiously.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the Complaint Case No.3587 of 2009 re-numbered as 4610 of 2012 (Rajveer Singh vs. Kripal Singh Yadava @ Neeraj, under Section 138, 142 of the N.I. Act, Police Station-Ramgarh, District-Firozabad, as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
With the above observation/direction, this application stands disposed of.
