The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondent nos.2 to 6 to restrain the respondent no.7 from encroaching upon the plot of the petitioner under the garb of constructing a road and to further direct the respondent not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner over Gata No.215 at village Gauri, Tehsil Fatehpur Sadar, District Fatehpur.
As the dispute is inter-se private individuals in respect of immovable property, the appropriate course for the petitioner is to institute a civil suit or revenue suit before an appropriate court/forum, as may be advised.
