As per the office report dated 07.01.2021, the deficiency of stamp has been made good pursuant to order dated 14.12.2021. Office is directed to accord regular number to the appeal in question.
The present appeal has been preferred with the prayer to modify the judgement and decree dated 14.02.2020 passed by learned Upper Pradhan Judge, Family Court, Room no.4, Agra in Case no.439/2019 (Jagpal Singh vs. Smt. Divya Singh) by exempting the appellant to deposit Rs.2 lacs to the opposite party.
After hearing the parties at length and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, once the Court has declined to interfere in the order impugned as the ex-parte decree dated 27.02.2019 has been passed, wherein, the meagre amount of Rs.2 lacs has been accorded in favour of defendant-respondent, learned counsel for the appellant states that appellant does not want to press the present first appeal and as such, the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Request made is accepted.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
