JUDGMENT / ORDER

On the matter being taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner made a statement that under totally wrong impression Special Appeal No.740 of 1999 was got withdrawn by the petitioner, as such request has been made that the matter may be adjourned for a reasonable period, so that remedial measure may be taken to get orders passed in the aforesaid Special Appeal.
List after two months.
