JUDGMENT / ORDER

1 Though, notices are duly served to the opponents, they have chosen not to remain present before the Court.
2 I have heard learned Advocate Mr. Mehul S. Shah for the applicant. RULE.
3 As far as interim relief is concerned, it appears that while issuance of notice in the matter on 27.6.2008, this Court directed the parties to maintain status quo qua possession, on usual terms and conditions.
4 Ad interim relief is hereby confirmed. Parties are directed to maintain status quo qua possession on usual terms and conditions till the final disposal of the present Revision Application.
