JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been received through jail. The petitioner vide a communication dated 24.4.2012 has made allegations regarding demand of money by a police officer when his sister and brother in-law came to meet him in jail.
Under the circumstances, Issue Rule returnable on 11th June, 2012. On the returnable date, the respondents No.2 and 3 shall submit a report in respect of the allegations made in the complaint. Ms. Archana Rawal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of the respondents.
