Heard Sri Vishesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.1 to 4 and Sri Achal Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.5.
This writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 04.01.2017 passed by Sub-Divisional Officer/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Baberu, District Banda.
Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing appeal under Clause 13(3) of Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016, which has not been disputed by counsel for the petitioner.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
