Heard counsel for the petitioner and Shri A.P. Singh for the respondents 4 and 5.
The instant writ petition is directed against an order dated 22.01.2019 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, whereby a revision filed by the respondents has been held to be maintainable.
By the order impugned, only the issue of maintainability has been decided. The revision itself has not been considered on its merits nor a final decision taken thereon.
Under the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.
The writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all pleas that are being raised by means of this writ petition in the pending proceedings. In case, any such plea is raised, the same may be considered and decided by the first respondent, while deciding the revision finally on its merits.
Thereafter, if the petitioner has reason to be aggrieved, it is always open for her to approach this Court, again.
Subject to the above, this writ petition is disposed of.
