JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Writ-A No. 34228 of 2014 was filed before this Court involving similar issue of transfer on the ground of being posted in a district adjoining to the home district and the judgment has been reserved in the said case on 08.09.2014, which is still awaited. The joining of the petitioners shall be subject to the result of the writ petition.
