Heard learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
In the absence of any foundation having been laid in support of an apprehension of arrest of the applicants in respect of an F.I.R. which was lodged in 2017, the Court finds no ground to entertain this application for anticipatory bail.
The application is consequently rejected.
